3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.

3.1 Upon Member Withdrawal

• Personal information is deleted immediately upon withdrawal
• However, information that needs to be retained according to relevant laws will be stored for a specified period before destruction

3.2 Retention According to Laws

According to relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the following information is retained for the specified period:

• Records on contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years
• Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
• Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
• Records on display/advertising: 6 months
